What types of products can I return?
YAll returns must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product. You can return a product only if it is:

- Your order number
- Photos or video of the issue
- A description of the problem
How do I send back a product?
TechPrint.lk will arrange a reverse pickup if available in your area.
If not, you may need to return the product through any reliable courier and share the courier receipt with us.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
When will I receive a replacement?
A replacement is provided after the returned product is received and passes inspection.
If stock is unavailable, we will offer:
- An alternative produc or
- A refund
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order only before it is shipped.
After shipping, the order cannot be cancelled and will follow the return policy.
TechPrint.lk may also cancel an order due to:
- Payment issues
- Product unavailability
- Verification problems
Is there a cancellation or restocking fee?
Yes. If you cancel after procurement but before shipping, the following fees apply:
- 25% restocking fee for special-order or high-value items
- 10% restocking fee for all other items
Refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days, after deducting the fee.
Do I get a full refund for damaged or incorrect items?
Yes. If the issue is validated by TechPrint.lk, you will receive:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A free replacement
No restocking fee will apply.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned item.
Who bears the risk during delivery?
Risk of loss and title transfer to you once the item is delivered to your address as per the shipment contract.
